A fitness program designed for individuals aged 55 and older, emphasizing endurance, flexibility, and strength through low-impact cardio, movement, and group walking. All skill levels are encouraged to join! Sessions typically last 50 to 60 minutes and are available for both group and individual sessions, either at the gym or in the comfort of your home.
